The Bolster (Level 2) Iron Tanks Glute Band is a training aid that can be used in a multitude of ways to improve strength, function and muscle development.

The Glute Band’s primary role is providing resistance and activating the glute and lower body musculature throughout various ranges of motion. It provides important training cues (such as knees out during a squat) which enhances technique and overall lifting form.

The Glute Band will provide resistance in the frontal and transverse plane for hip abduction movements and is also ideal for hip extension movements such as squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts and leg presses.

Available in a number of sizes and resistance deniers to cover various exercises, rep ranges and training experience levels.
